Miroslav Janků-BSK company was established in 1994 with its main focus on production of tungsten carbide tools for wood industry. Later, the company began to produce tools and products also for other industries.

Subsidiary company BSK industrial Ltd. was established in 2005 as a result of an expansion of activities of the Miroslav Janků-BSK company. Both entities are dynamically developing manufacturers of tools for different purposes and have highly motivated teams of professionals. The main production program is production of tools for cold forming, powder metallurgy and machining, specializing in production of cemented carbide tools, combining years of experience and tradition.

Before 1994, managing director of both entities as well as most of the employees worked in a state-owned company which later became a joint-stock company engaging in the production of tungsten carbide.

Our priority is production of very productive tools of high quality, good price, short delivery dates and customer satisfaction. That is why our company is investing in new production, control and management technologies.

From the beginning of its activity, companies Miroslav Janků-BSK and BSK Industrial Ltd. earned their position among suppliers in the automotive industry, in the field of powder metallurgy (dies), packaging technology, electrical industry and others. Our customers include Czech as well as foreign companies within and outside the European Union.

We are currently in the process of expansion, focusing on the production program and its development, investing in machinery and human resources, and expansion of business activities.
